Who we are

LxL Creative is an independent creative production agency specialising in campaigns in the entertainment space. We work with some of the world's leading broadcasters, streamers and production companies to create photography and AV content campaigns for TV and film, from early creative development and unit photography through to key art shoots, EPK, social content and final campaign delivery.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced, highly organised and creatively curious Senior Content & Campaign Producer to lead photography and content campaigns across our scripted and unscripted slate.

You'll oversee the creative, production and picture publicity across our campaigns, from initial read-throughs to final asset delivery. You'll help define what content needs to be captured and how we capture it, and make sure the finished assets work brilliantly across publicity, marketing and social. This is a senior role, and you'll own it.

The remit is a starting point. We want to hear your ideas for what else LxL could be doing, and we'll back you to help build it.

What you'll be doing

  • Owning campaigns from brief to delivery, turning publicity and marketing goals into clear capture plans for unit campaigns and additional content such as social and EPK
  • Reading scripts and schedules to identify the characters and key story beats that need capturing
  • Developing creative concepts that become a show's visual identity, and directing on set to bring them to life
  • Booking photographers, talent, stylists, HMU, locations, studios and suppliers
  • Managing unit stills and campaigns across production schedules, working closely with stakeholders
  • Overseeing selects, retouching, approvals and delivery, including usage, embargoes and talent sensitivities
  • Leading calls and PPMs with production, broadcasters, streamers, marketing, social and PR teams
  • Managing and developing junior team members
  • Spotting ways to grow existing briefs, bring in new clients and push the boundaries of on-set capture

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
