JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a Senior Consultant, Content to take ownership of research, strategy and end-to-end delivery of content marketing campaigns for our client base. This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who’s as comfortable interrogating audience research and building a commercially-grounded content strategy as they are briefing a video shoot, writing a whitepaper outline, or explaining to a client exactly why a content programme is moving the needle on their business.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You’ll build and deliver content strategy using our audience-centric “Science and Magic” approach — combining research-led rigour with genuine creative craft — across formats spanning whitepapers, webinars, video, content audits and long and short-form text. This isn’t strictly an SEO or GEO role, but you’ll need a strong appreciation of that space, since most of what you deliver will ultimately drive organic value for clients. You’ll also plan and execute content beyond owned channels — native advertising, paid content placements, social distribution and digital PR — and you’ll have an Associate Consultant reporting to you.

You’ll also be joining our refounding team, and stepping into a genuinely high-performance culture: we’ve just been named Best Large Integrated Agency at the EU Search Awards 2026, and we’re now on a mission to 10x the business over the next three years — with the proprietary tech, tools and team in place to get there. This is a start-up/scale-up-paced agency role for someone who wants to build rather than maintain, who’s motivated as much by the mission as by the day-to-day win, and who wants genuine ownership over how the content practice takes shape rather than slotting into a fixed structure.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • A confident communicator – you’re comfortable engaging stakeholders across functions and seniorities, and presenting content strategy convincingly to both internal teams and clients.
  • Genuine autonomy – you have the discipline to run multiple accounts and a content programme at once, dependable punctuality for internal meetings, and the judgement to know what needs escalating — including managing and developing your Associate Consultant.
  • Genuine creative flair – you have a natural curiosity for storytelling and human psychology, and you can originate ideas that are genuinely distinctive: you know the difference between content that ticks a brief and content that actually changes how an audience thinks or acts.
  • Commercially sharp – you instinctively connect content decisions to business outcomes, and you can make the case for why a strategy is worth the investment, not just why it’s creatively strong.

WHAT SKILLS WILL YOU NEED?

  • Hands-on experience – a proven track record delivering content marketing strategy and campaigns, client-side, tech-side or in an agency environment.
  • Broad content fluency – demonstrable experience planning and delivering across formats including whitepapers, webinars, video and content audits, alongside long and short-form copy, plus a working appreciation of SEO and GEO fundamentals even though this isn’t strictly an SEO or GEO role.
  • Owned and earned channel expertise – experience planning and delivering content via third parties as well as owned sites, including native advertising, paid content placements, digital PR and organic social distribution.
  • Strategic and commercial acumen – a proven ability to translate business objectives and audience insight into content strategy, and to demonstrate its impact in commercial terms — an understanding of B2B deal cycles and lead generation is a strong plus.
