Shape, launch and grow the next generation of hospitality brands at Arcade!
About Arcade
Arcade is a brand-building machine. We grow, develop and scale hospitality brands, partnering with exciting, ambitious chefs and visionaries and using our in-house team to bring those visions to life. Our collective spans Arcade, Solis, Manna, Zylia and Studio Coffee, across sites including Covent Garden, Battersea Power Station, Tottenham Court Road with global openings coming later this year.
About The Role
We're looking for a Senior Content & Creative Manager to become the guardian of all visual and social media content across Arcade and every brand within our umbrella.
This person owns the creative output end-to-end: they're a brilliant copywriter and visionary thinker who can take a brief and turn it into content that genuinely cuts through, while also directing the wider ecosystem of agencies, freelancers and internal teams who help deliver it.
This isn't a purely hands-on-camera role, and it isn't a purely managerial one - it's both. You'll shoot and write content yourself when it counts, and you'll brief, manage and quality-control everyone else who touches Arcade's creative output, from paid media teams to external social agencies.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
