Position: Senior Content Creator
Reports to: Content Director
Department: Gozney Creative Studio (Content)
Location: UK (hybrid - Bournemouth office)

SUMMARY

As Senior Content Creator, you will act as a key creative partner to the Content Director, playing a pivotal role in shaping and elevating the Gozney Creative Studio. Your primary mission is to support the development and delivery of high-quality content across paid, organic, campaign, and brand storytelling.

You will be a creative standard-bearer for the team, leading complex post-production projects while remaining agile enough to direct, shoot, and edit responsive content. This role blends strong creative judgement, technical mastery, and cross-departmental collaboration, requiring you to lead by example and help raise the overall visual and editorial quality of Gozney’s content ecosystem.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a key creative partner to the Content Director, supporting the development and delivery of high-quality content across paid, organic, campaign, and brand work.
  • Create and deliver content across a range of formats, from agile social-first assets to more crafted editorial and campaign storytelling.
  • Lead complex post-production projects from edit through delivery, maintaining a high creative standard across channels and formats.
  • Execute colour correction and colour grading to the highest possible standard across projects, ensuring Gozney’s content maintains a premium, visually striking aesthetic.
  • Bring strong technical expertise across production and post-production workflows, helping ensure studio systems, edit processes, and equipment run effectively.
  • Contribute to creative ideation, treatments, and production planning, helping shape how content is captured and executed.
  • Collaborate closely with Social, Design, and the wider Creative Studio to create content that is platform-relevant, creatively strong, and consistent with the Gozney brand.
  • Produce agile, high-quality content for fast-moving briefs while maintaining strong creative judgement and brand consistency.
  • Help uphold and elevate the visual and editorial quality of Gozney’s content, ensuring work feels distinctive, premium, and on-brand.
  • Support strong file organisation, archive management, and workflow best practice across the content team.
  • Lead by example within the team, sharing knowledge and helping improve creative and technical standards across production and post.

Essential

  • Strong creative judgement and a clear understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and content craft.
  • Ability to interpret briefs and turn them into compelling content ideas and executions.
  • Experience creating content that balances platform relevance with premium brand standards.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across content, social, design, and marketing teams.
  • Confidence leading projects and helping raise standards across a creative team.
  • Exceptional colour correction and colour grading skills.
  • Extensive, expert-level experience using Adobe applications, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
  • At least 3-4 years of professional experience shooting and editing videos.
  • General education to A level standard or equivalent (work experience will also be applicable and can substitute for qualifications).

Desirable

  • A degree qualification in a relevant media or technical subject.
  • Experience managing or setting up a studio space or post-production suite.
