About this role
As a Senior Content Designer at Moniepoint, you'll craft clear, engaging content that guides users through our financial products. You’ll collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to enhance user experiences across platforms. Your responsibilities include writing UI copy, ensuring tone consistency, and complying with legal standards. You’ll play a key role in shaping our brand voice, adapting content for different markets, and contributing to a seamless customer journey. Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and/or quantitative customer research and validate content design.
- Own the POV of the features, products, branding.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers on framing the products/features to achieve business outcomes and communicate with users with storytelling.
- Edit app copy with UX guidance for UI designers to get the best customer flow journey.
- Deliver UX writing in the product across platforms and customer touch points.
- Write and edit user-focused content, including UI text, labels, and instructional copy that guides users through complex services.
- Act as a tone of voice consultant within Moniepoint to provide guidance across all communications.
- Understand different language styles in translation for all our markets.
- Participate in the creative process from concept to completion, providing insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with the legal and regulatory teams to ensure all content complies with industry standards and regulations.

Experience & Background
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UX writer or copywriter.
- Extensive professional copywriting experience in-house or agency as demonstrated in a portfolio.
- Fintech or tech industry experience preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Demonstrated ability to write clear and engaging content for a variety of digital products and platforms.
- Strong understanding of UX design principles and how content influences user behavior and interaction.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools like Workfront and design software like Figma.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with teams and senior leaders across the business.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, high reliability on delivery deadlines, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Seamless end-to-end customer flow journeys enabled by clear, intuitive, and accessible UI copy across all product touchpoints.
- Consistent application of brand voice and tone across all product lines and regional market translations.
- Strong cross-functional alignment with design, product, engineering, and legal teams to ship compliant, user-centered features efficiently.
- Measurable improvement in product usability and adoption driven by validated user research and strategic content design decisions.
