Pistachio applies media-company thinking to B2B growth.
We produce editorial-first content that builds authority, generates pipeline, and compounds over time, for startups, scaleups, and established B2B brands that treat owned content as a durable brand and growth asset.
Over the past few years we've worked with BuzzFeed, Clay, and Atono, among others. I also write Brand Chemistry, a weekly newsletter on brand and growth with 120,000 subscribers.
We're a small, senior team where everyone owns something meaningful. This role owns the content.
THE ROLE
As Senior Content Lead you own client content end to end. You produce the work yourself, you hold the final say on quality, you run client delivery and the communication around it, and you take ownership of the systems behind it.
There is no approval layer above you. I keep the commercial relationship and bring most clients in through my network, so your focus is the craft and the delivery.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Client content, end to end. Newsletters, founder and executive LinkedIn posts, long-form guides and reports, campaign copy for landing pages and email. Across a portfolio of clients, at a standard that makes them say "no notes".
- Client delivery and comms. You are the client's main point of contact for the work, running review rounds, approvals, updates, and everything involved in getting content live.
- Voice and editorial standards. Nail each client's voice and hold it across everything that goes out.
- The content system. Pistachio runs on systems, including AI and automations. You take ownership of the content system and evolve it with your own taste and methods.
- The team. You work alongside our Content Operations Lead, who handles publishing, design, and scheduling. You give them direction on craft and help them grow.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
WHO YOU ARE
- A superwriter, first and foremost. You can interview a B2B founder about a technical product, pull out the insight that matters to the audience they're talking to, and turn it into content that sounds like them, across industries and formats.
- Sharp editorial taste and judgement. You know a good angle from a mediocre one, you see what a brief is missing, and you hold the line on quality.
- You use AI as a power tool and edit like a human. You draft and research with it, but edit relentlessly so the work is worth reading.
- Personable and client-facing. You build relationships, run a meeting, and keep clients feeling looked after.
- A systems thinker. You have used AI tools and you are keen to own and improve how content gets made with them, the right way.
- Self-managing. You take direction at the start and run with it, you send work you're confident in, and you close loops instead of leaving them open.
- Quality over volume, every time.

This is not the role for you if you need constant feedback to do your best work, if your only editorial voice is your own, or if lightly edited AI output is your idea of "good enough".
WHAT YOU'LL GET
- Complete ownership of client delivery and the content craft, with no approval layer above you.
- A senior seat in a lean, high-quality agency, working directly with the founder.
- Work across B2B SaaS and media brands, with editorial freedom most agency roles don't offer.
- In-person collaboration in London, and room to grow as the agency scales.
