Job Title: Senior Content Marketing Manager

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office)
Employment Type: Full Time
Contract Duration: Until 31 December 2026
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: £242.64 - £269.60

Are you a strategic storyteller with a passion for supply chain, logistics, and commercial marketing? We are looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager to lead the development of compelling sales content that helps customers navigate complex supply chain challenges and accelerates deal growth across our transportation and logistics portfolio.

In this highly visible role, you will partner with Product Marketing, Sales Leadership, Customer Insights, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to create high-impact content that supports every stage of the buyer journey. You will play a critical role in shaping customer conversations through commercially focused insights, customer proof points, competitive positioning, and solution narratives.

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage the sales content strategy.
  • Develop customer-facing content aligned to key buying triggers, customer needs, and sales stages.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Sales teams to integrate content into go-to-market plans and campaigns.
  • Create compelling sales enablement assets including:
    • Customer success stories and shipper proof points
    • Competitive positioning guides
    • Carrier acquisition narratives
    • Objection-handling frameworks
    • Industry insight reports
    • Solution and value proposition narratives
  • Work with subject matter experts to ensure content accurately reflects business capabilities and customer outcomes.
  • Translate complex supply chain, freight, transportation, and logistics topics into clear, engaging commercial messaging.
  • Analyse market trends, customer challenges, carrier economics, and industry developments to generate relevant and timely content.
  • Measure content effectiveness and continually optimise based on stakeholder feedback and performance data.

About You

You are an experienced content marketer who understands how great content influences buying decisions and supports sales performance. You combine exceptional writing skills with strong commercial awareness and an analytical mindset.

You have experience creating content that resonates with logistics, freight, transportation, or supply chain audiences and understand how to turn customer evidence into persuasive business narratives.

  1. B2B Sales Content Development
    • Proven experience building and managing sales content programmes, ideally within logistics, transportation, supply chain, or other complex B2B industries.
  2. Exceptional Content Writing & Storytelling
    • Ability to develop original, insight-led content including customer stories, solution narratives, competitive messaging, and executive-level sales materials.
  3. Supply Chain & Commercial Insight
    • Strong understanding of freight, transportation, shipping, supply chain operations, carrier economics, and customer pain points, with the ability to transform complex information into compelling sales content.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in logistics, transportation, freight, supply chain, or related industries.
  • Experience partnering with sales and product marketing teams on go-to-market initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to leverage customer research, market intelligence, and performance metrics to shape content strategy.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales organisations through content and sales enablement.
