Summary/Job Purpose

The Senior Content Marketing Executive will help plan, create, and deliver high-quality marketing activity for Canaccord Wealth’s UK and international business. This role is focused on developing engaging, client-centric content that supports audience engagement, brand awareness, and commercial objectives across digital and offline channels.

Working closely with the wider Marketing team, subject matter experts, and external agencies, you will create, write, edit, and optimize content across websites, email campaigns, social media, client communications, campaign content, brochures, and key publications.

This role would suit a strong writer, editor, or content marketer who combines excellent storytelling and editorial skills with an understanding of digital channels, audience needs, and content performance. You will play an important role in shaping how Canaccord Wealth communicates with its audiences, ensuring materials are engaging, compliant, and on-brand across evolving digital and search environments.

  • Plan, write, edit, and proof high-quality content for clients, prospects, and intermediaries across digital and offline channels, including website, email, social media, newsletters, market updates, client letters, campaign journeys, and adviser-facing materials
  • Translate financial planning, wealth management, and broader personal finance topics into clear, accessible, and engaging content for clients, prospects, and intermediaries
  • Support the planning and delivery of editorial calendars, campaign content plans, and ongoing client communication activity
  • Work closely with subject matter experts, investment managers, wealth planners, and other stakeholders to shape content that is accurate, relevant, and audience-focused
  • Adapt content across channels and formats, ensuring messaging is consistent, client-centric, and appropriate for the audience
  • Use audience insight, email performance, website analytics, and campaign results to help improve content effectiveness over time
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to ensure content is effectively delivered, optimized, and measured across digital channels, including website and email platforms, with search visibility, SEO best practice, and emerging AI-driven search behaviors in mind
  • Support communications for events and webinars, including invitations, presentations, and related content
  • Ensure all marketing materials are client-centric, on-brief, and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements, following internal marketing procedures and production processes
  • Act as a brand and tone of voice ambassador both internally and externally, ensuring consistent adherence to the firm-wide brand guidelines
  • Be proactive in developing knowledge of the wealth management industry, financial planning topics, and content trends
