Are you an exceptional content marketer who can turn complex ideas into clear, compelling stories that educate, influence and drive results?

At Dynamic Planner, we’re looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager to own and shape our content programme across thought leadership, campaigns, social media, customer communications, and sales enablement. This is a high-impact role at the heart of our go-to-market team. You’ll help bring our market-leading digital financial planning and advice platform to life through content that resonates with financial advisers, enterprise buyers, partners, and customers. From AI and digital advice to regulation, client engagement, investment suitability, and market insight, you’ll translate important themes into content that builds authority, supports demand generation, and strengthens our position in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the content strategy, editorial calendar, and rolling content plan across campaigns, thought leadership, social media, newsletters, customer communications, and sales enablement.
  • Creating high-quality long and short-form content, including whitepapers, blogs, guides, case studies, web copy, emails, landing pages, video scripts, social posts, and executive thought leadership.
  • Translating complex financial services, technology, product, and regulatory topics into content that is clear, human, useful, and commercially relevant.
  • Working closely with demand generation, product marketing, PR, sales, customer success, and subject matter experts to identify content opportunities and shape strong messages.
  • Using AI tools confidently and responsibly to increase content pace, scale, and repurposing while maintaining quality, accuracy, and originality.
  • Measuring content performance and using insight to improve future planning, engagement, conversion, and commercial impact.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
