About us

At Xelix, we work with some of the world’s largest companies to automate and strengthen their financial controls. Our AI solutions redefine how Accounts Payable teams operate - moving from manual processes to automated, intelligent workflows.

Xelix is a fast-paced scale-up - things move fast and expectations are high. We raised our Series B with Insight Partners in June 2025 and are expanding aggressively, whilst remaining profitable. We have over 100 talented people pulling together to achieve our goals. Everyone is trusted to take ownership, move fast and have a meaningful impact. We prioritise personal and professional growth, keep things fun & we love to celebrate a milestone together.

We're at an inflection point — Series B funded, category-defining, and building the GTM infrastructure to match our ambition. If you want to shape how a category gets defined, this is where you do it. We move fast, take ownership, and celebrate wins together.

About the role

We're looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager to own the strategy, production, and performance of content that positions Xelix as the authoritative voice in AP automation and financial controls.

This is a role for someone who can build the systems and scale to deliver content consistently — positioning Xelix as a credible category leader, earning trust with sophisticated buying committees, and driving measurable pipeline contribution.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation, you will own how Xelix shows up - setting the content strategy, building the engine, and driving delivery through smart use of AI, automation, and repurposing.

The role spans two connected workstreams:

  • Thought Leadership — podcast, executive and company LinkedIn, long-form assets including whitepapers, reports and guides, and PR spanning media relations, press coverage, and earned visibility through original research and executive bylines.
  • Campaign Content — ABM-aligned assets, persona-mapped content, and content built to earn visibility across organic and AI-powered search.

What you'll be doing

  • Build and own a scalable content engine - structured workflows, AI-assisted production, repurposing frameworks, and fast feedback loops — designed to grow in output and quality as Xelix scales
  • Own content performance metrics — share of voice, content-influenced pipeline, and engagement growth — using data to continuously improve what gets made and how it gets distributed
  • Own and drive Xelix's thought leadership programme — podcast, executive and company LinkedIn, long-form assets, and PR - establishing Xelix as the category-defining voice in AP automation and financial controls
  • Work closely with Product Marketing to ensure all content is grounded in Xelix's messaging framework, product positioning, and competitive narrative — maintaining consistency across every format and channel
  • Partner with Demand Generation to ensure content directly fuels integrated campaigns and pipeline programmes — with assets tailored to enterprise buying committees, key personas, and how buyers research and discover solutions today

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Demonstrated ability to work with executives and subject matter experts to extract insight and turn it into compelling, authentic content
  • Fluency across the full content mix — long-form assets, social, podcast, PR and earned media, SEO, and AI search — with the judgement to know when and how to use each
  • A systems mindset: experience building scalable content workflows from the ground up, using AI tools, automation, and repurposing to maximise output without sacrificing quality
  • Deep understanding of enterprise buyer personas, buying committees, and how to create content that resonates across a complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycle
  • Confident working in a high-visibility, high-opinion environment — able to bring stakeholders on the journey early, land sign-off efficiently, and consistently deliver work that hits the mark without endless iteration

We believe that people from diverse backgrounds, with different identities and experiences make our company and product better. No matter your background, we'd love to hear from you! And if you have a disability, please let us know if there's any way we can make the interview process better for you - we're happy to accommodate!

If you're a recruiting agency - we have an existing list of agencies we work with and we are not currently planning on expanding the list. Neither the Talent team nor hiring managers or the Support team will respond to cold outreach.

This is a full-time position, with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Interview Process

While the exact process may vary slightly depending on the role, our typical interview stages are:

  • Introductory Call – A short Teams conversation with a Talent Partner to discuss your background and the opportunity.
  • Hiring Manager Interview – A 30–45 minute Teams meeting to explore your experience and fit for the team.
  • Technical Task or Presentation – A role-relevant exercise to demonstrate your skills and approach.
  • Final On-site Interview – An in-person meeting with our senior leadership team and co-founders at our office.

We strive to make the process clear, efficient, and respectful of your time.

We welcome the responsible use of AI for research and interview preparation, but ask that it isn't used to generate answers during live interviews. We also believe in being transparent - we use Metaview's AI note-taker during interviews so our interviewers can stay fully present. If you'd prefer us not to use it, just let your interviewer know. While you may need to answer eligibility questions as part of your application, we do not use AI to review or make decisions on applications - every application is reviewed fairly by a member of our Talent team.
