A brilliant opportunity to join a global tech giant’s fast-growing ecommerce shipping and fulfilment solution.
The Role
You’ll lead the long-form content engine for a powerful shipping, inventory, and order-management platform used by ecommerce sellers across the UK. This product helps merchants ship faster, manage stock more accurately, and streamline fulfilment across multiple channels - your job is to tell that story.
This is a hands-on, editorially driven role where you’ll shape how thousands of sellers understand the product’s value through case studies, blog series, guides, and thought-leadership. You’ll be the voice behind content that helps merchants scale their businesses.
What You’ll Own
- Editorial leadership - Build and run the long-form content strategy, from ideation to publication.
- Content calendar management - Create a structured, high-impact content plan that feeds into the wider marketing ecosystem.
- Cross-functional collaboration - Work with product, sales, operations, and marketing partners to ensure content is accurate, timely, and aligned to merchant needs.
- Data-driven storytelling - Spot trends in ecommerce and shipping, and turn insights into compelling narratives.
- Brand & thought-leadership integration - Ensure your content supports broader brand and lifecycle initiatives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
