Summary
The Senior Content Marketing Manager will lead the strategy, development, and execution of high-impact content initiatives across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. In this role, you will work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to create compelling content that aligns with Deel's overall business objectives. You will leverage analytics and industry trends to optimize content performance and ensure maximum impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of content marketing strategies that align with Deel's overall business goals.
- Create, manage, and optimize content for various channels, including blogs, white paper, one pagers, web content, social media, email, and sales enablement assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, sales) to produce content that drives customer engagement and conversions.
- Develop content plans based on audience research, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Oversee the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Optimize content for SEO, lead generation, and conversion to increase organic traffic and sales.
- Analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar, and provide actionable insights.
- Manage content distribution and amplification strategies to ensure maximum reach.
- Develop and manage relationships with external content creators, agencies, and partners.
- Track and report on content KPIs to assess ROI and improve content strategies.

Qualifications
- 6-9+ years of experience in content marketing or related roles, with a focus on digital and B2B marketing.
- Strong experience in content strategy, creation, and distribution across various channels (blogs, white paper, one pagers, web content, social media, and email). Preferred experience developing high-impact sales enablement content, including pitch decks, battlecards, and sales scripts, that directly supports sales cycles.
- Proven ability to lead content marketing initiatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of SEO/AEO, content optimization, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, enablement, web) to align content with business goals.
- Ability to turn complex ideas into clear, compelling, and engaging content.
- Strong communication, project management, and leadership skills.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically to drive business results.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

Our salary range reflects gross base salary. For commercial roles with commission eligibility, this figure represents On-Target Earnings (OTE), inclusive of base salary and target commission. Salary ranges are quoted in USD as a consistent global reference. Your offer will be localized to your country's currency using a market-aligned conversion. Final pay is based on objective, job-related criteria including experience, skills, and location. We don't ask about salary history. Offers are based on the role and what you bring to it.
