JOB SUMMARY

We're looking for a Senior Content Marketing Specialist to shape and create impactful, thought-leadership led content across our 6 monthly brand campaign cycles, plus additional ICP tracks as needed, while owning customer advocacy content - e.g. case studies. The right candidate understands what makes great B2B marketing content, is AI-native, takes initiative in a fast-paced scale up environment, and brings a data-driven mindset to connect strategy with business results. This person will sit within Storyblok's Brand and Communications team, supporting marketing across the buyer journey, driving case study development, and partnering with field marketing, social, and events on content needs. They'll also help build and launch a new UGC programme and support executive communications on LinkedIn.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Content strategy

  • Shape and execute content creation efforts within the Brand and Communications Team, from long-form whitepapers and blog posts to short-form landing pages and other supporting assets that require content support.
  • Generate creative, storytelling-focused content ideas that produce engaging thought leadership, staying abreast of B2B social trends and thinking beyond the 'usual' types of content.
  • Support aligning content marketing efforts with the wider Brand and Communications team functions, including PR, company social media, and executive communications via LinkedIn.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research using tools like Ahrefs and/or Semrush to identify relevant topics and keyword groups for Storyblok content.
  • Briefing videographers and motion graphics experts to create videos for campaign tracks, events, social to name a few.
  • Optimisation and monitoring of content health of all Storyblok content via the website.

Customer advocacy

  • Ownership of the case study content process, from initial ideation and customer contact, to creation and publication of the assets.
  • Optimisation and monitoring of all case study pages on Storyblok's website.
  • Ensuring consistent quality across all case study pages by updating older case studies and coordinating with the Partner and/or Customer Success team.
  • Planning measurable outreach strategies to garner more customer success stories in response to business requirements.
  • Defining and tracking precise KPIs for all case study efforts.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Must haves

  • 5+ years' experience in content marketing or content strategy.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and familiarity with on-page and off-page SEO tactics.
  • Tech industry marketing experience.
  • Content reporting experience including analysing data and making recommendations.

Nice to haves

  • Content marketing experience in a B2B tech scale up environment.
  • Experience developing and executing UGC programmes, particularly in B2B/tech settings.
  • Experience in a Brand and Communications team/similar with an integrated content function, having worked with PR and social media teams.
  • Demonstrable experience building content marketing support agents via the likes of Claude - e.g. to automate processes.
  • Experience working on event content.
