Major Players are partnering with a creative and marketing consultancy to hire a Senior Content Producer as they grow their content, live, and experiential work with some of the world’s biggest brands.

You will take creative and communications ideas and turn them into brilliantly produced content across leadership communications, global all-hands, live events, virtual experiences, and other high-profile brand and employee moments, from an executive keynote one week to a suite of films and motion graphics the next.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the production of high-impact content: presentations, film, motion, graphics, and live-show assets for leadership communications, global all-hands, live events, and other major brand moments, from brief through rehearsal to final delivery.
  • Bring a live-production mindset to every project: build realistic workback plans from the live date, understand run-of-show and rehearsal requirements, and manage late-stage changes calmly alongside Event Producers and Technical Directors.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior clients and executive stakeholders, setting clear deadlines and approval gates and pushing back constructively on unrealistic requests.
  • Scope and manage content-production budgets, freelance talent, and suppliers, keeping projects commercially controlled and hands-on rather than resourcing from a distance.
  • Help build a more repeatable content-production capability: stronger processes, a trusted freelance network, and templates that make each iteration easier than the last.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
