About the Role

As a Senior Content Producer you will shape the editorial vision and content strategy for Source Fashion, ensuring every programme delivers valuable insights, inspires innovation and impact and attracts senior level stakeholders from throughout fashion’s value chain. Working closely with industry leaders, partners, and internal stakeholders, you will curate world-class agendas, identify emerging trends, and build influential communities that position our events at the centre of the responsible sourcing conversation.

As part of your job, you’ll:

  • Lead the content strategy and editorial direction across a Source Fashion ensuring agenda remain relevant, valuable, and market-leading.
  • Design and develop compelling conference agendas that address the key challenges, opportunities, and trends shaping fashion production and supply chains.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage high-profile speakers, industry influencers, and thought leaders from leading brands, retailers, academia, and true innovators.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior industry stakeholders to ensure content remains informed by market needs and emerging trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create digital content that drives audience acquisition, engagement, and event registrations.
  • Partner with commercial and sponsorship teams to identify content-led partnership opportunities while maintaining editorial integrity.
  • Conduct ongoing market research, competitor analysis, and audience feedback reviews to inform content strategy and event development.
  • Oversee the production of event content, including keynote sessions, panel discussions, workshops, roundtables, and networking formats.
  • Represent the business externally as a trusted industry voice, moderating sessions, hosting speakers, and building relationships within the fashion and sourcing community.

What We’re Looking For

  • Editorial Leadership – Proven experience developing content strategies, conference programmes, or editorial products for B2B events, media, or industry communities.
  • Industry Knowledge – Strong understanding of marketing, advertising, media, data, AI, customer experience, and marketing technology trends.
  • Speaker & Stakeholder Management – Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives, thought leaders, and industry partners.
  • Strategic Content Development – Ability to translate market insights into compelling content themes, agendas, and audience experiences.
  • Communication & Presentation Skills – Excellent written, verbal, and public-speaking skills, with confidence representing the brand at industry events and engaging with senior stakeholders.
