Senior Content & Programme Manager

Permanent, Full-Time | Remote (international applicants welcome)

ABOUT FRONTIER

Upstream oil and gas is one of the most dynamic and consequential industries on the planet, and Frontier sits at the heart of its global deal-making.

Our boutique Summits and Forums bring together industry leaders, heads of government, and the key power brokers in global energy. We create uniquely intimate environments where the world's most influential decision-makers build knowledge, forge relationships, and meet their future partners.

We hold a rare and privileged position: trusted, discreet, and globally connected - relied upon by both established players and rising forces to facilitate what matters most in our sector. Our network is our backbone, and we invest relentlessly in its breadth and depth.

As Frontier continues to grow, we are looking for an exceptional Senior Content & Programme Manager to join our high-performing team and help shape our next chapter.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Senior Content & Programme Manager is a senior role responsible for leading the development and delivery of the programmes across our global Summits and Forums, working closely with the CEO on overall programme direction, positioning and senior-level participation.

Our programmes are deliberately focused and senior-level, built around the issues, opportunities and conversations that matter most to the international upstream industry. We prioritise quality over volume - bringing the right people together for conversations that are relevant, timely and commercially important.

You will develop a deep understanding of the global upstream landscape, identify the themes shaping the industry and use strong industry judgement to translate them into compelling programmes featuring leading executives, governments, NOCs, investors and industry experts.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
