Employment Type: Full-time

About gee

gee is a premium hair extension brand trusted by iconic women around the world, including Anne Hathaway, Rebel Wilson and Eva Longoria. We've recently won three major industry awards, including a Marie Claire Hair Award.

Our mission is to help women feel like the most confident version of themselves. From the products we design to the content we create, everything is built around that transformation. We're a founder-led brand with ambitious plans for growth, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Social & Content Manager to lead and grow our social function.

The Role

We're looking for a highly creative and commercially minded Senior Social & Content Manager to take ownership of gee's social presence. You'll lead our social strategy, content calendar and campaign rollouts, ensuring everything we create feels considered, relevant and unmistakably gee.

You'll work closely with the wider team on campaigns and launches, translating creative concepts into strong social-first content and bringing your own ideas, formats and opportunities to the table.

A key part of the role will also be building and leading our growing social team. You'll help shape the team around you, manage creatives and creators, and ensure everyone has clear ownership, works independently and delivers to a consistently high standard.

We're looking for someone who thinks ahead, makes decisions and takes genuine ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Social Strategy & Content

  • Own and develop gee's social strategy across Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms.
  • Build and manage the content calendar across campaigns, launches and always-on content.
  • Translate campaigns into strong social-first rollouts across Reels, Stories, carousels, UGC and other formats.
  • Develop social content ideas and identify new opportunities, trends and formats relevant to the brand.
  • Identify gaps in our content and proactively organise what needs to be created.
  • Own social copywriting and maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Ensure all content feels visually consistent and aligned with gee's premium aesthetic.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
