Senior Content & Thought Leadership Manager

ASC Global | Remote / Hybrid | Full-time

Most content in our industry is forgettable. We want to change that.

ASC Global works at the centre of the global electronic components supply chain. We help OEMs, manufacturers, data-centre operators and MRO organisations find hard-to-source, end-of-life and shortage parts. Every day we see what is really happening in the market, and we want to start telling that story.

We're looking for a senior B2B content leader to build and run our thought leadership from the ground up. This is not a social media role. It's for someone who understands a complex technical industry, finds the story nobody else is telling, and makes engineers and procurement executives stop scrolling.

What you'll do

  • Build two voices. Shape and grow our CEO's personal LinkedIn presence alongside ASC Global's thought leadership strategy.
  • Interview and translate. Meet regularly with our CEO and internal experts. Turn their opinions, experience and market observations into sharp, publishable content.
  • Own the big ideas. Track trends in AI infrastructure, data centres, semiconductors, component shortages, EOL products, MRO, energy infrastructure and supply-chain disruption, and develop clear points of view on them.
  • Turn data into insight. Work with ASC's internal data to find proprietary trends worth publishing, without exposing confidential customer information.
  • Create content that earns attention. Produce industry reports, articles, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, carousels and video concepts, with headlines and hooks that executives actually read.
  • Multiply every idea. Turn one major report into a full campaign across LinkedIn, Instagram, our website, email and other channels.
  • Prove it works. Track followers, engagement, website traffic, inbound enquiries, RFQs and, ultimately, revenue generated by content.
  • Lead a small team. Manage and mentor a Junior Content/Social Media Coordinator, and coordinate freelance video and design talent.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Who you are

  • You have 5-8+ years of B2B content, editorial or thought leadership experience in a technical industry. Relevant areas include semiconductors, electronic components, data centres, AI infrastructure, industrial, manufacturing, aviation or similar.
  • You're a strong writer and editor who can make complex subjects clear and compelling without dumbing them down.
  • You're a natural interviewer. You know how to draw out a subject-matter expert's best thinking and shape it into a narrative.
  • You're research-driven and curious. You read industry news because you want to, not because you have to.
  • You've ghostwritten or built an executive's personal brand before, and you can capture someone else's voice.
  • You think commercially. You care about pipeline and revenue, not just likes.
  • You're comfortable working directly with leadership and owning a strategy end to end.

  • Compensation is competitive and based on experience and industry knowledge.
