Senior LinkedIn Content Writer

Media Engine · Full-time · $90k–$120k per year (Reach $10k/month at full ramp)

About us

Media Engine writes founder-led LinkedIn content for boutique marketing agencies and consultants. Our clients have 10+ years in their craft and are exceptionally good at what they do. They have the experience and the ideas; they pay a premium for someone who can articulate them well.

We're selective about who we take on: most prospective clients are disqualified. The ones who make it through respect your time, your craft and your work.

The role

This is an executional writing role. You'll write LinkedIn posts for agency founders and consultants, turning complex ideas into content that's simple to understand and sharp enough to earn qualified impressions from the right audience.

You won't write from your own experience. Every insight, story and opinion comes from the client. Your job is to understand it well enough to make it land.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Ideate and brief the image for every post
  • Use AI tools to work faster and better, without compromising quality
  • Act on feedback quickly and apply it across future work
  • Hit every deadline

  • Agency experience
  • Experience managing multiple clients at the same time
  • Has written LinkedIn posts for a personal profile before
  • Marketing experience
  • A working grasp of core marketing concepts, or the ability to get up to speed fast enough to write credibly on them
