Introduction
As the Senior Contract and Compliance Manager (Fire) at A2Dominion, you will lead the development, negotiation, and oversight of fire-related contracts while ensuring strict regulatory compliance. Responsibilities
- Lead the creation, review, and negotiation of fire safety contracts, ensuring they align with statutory requirements and company standards.
- Monitor ongoing compliance across all fire-related projects, conducting audits and risk assessments to safeguard client and stakeholder interests.
- Collaborate with engineering, legal, and operations teams to embed bold, innovative solutions while maintaining accountability.
- Provide clear, regular communication to internal and external parties, fostering a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.
- Champion diversity and inclusion by encouraging varied perspectives and listening to ideas and opinions throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Balance commercial objectives with customer commitment, ensuring solutions are both cost-effective and of the highest quality.

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in contract management and fire safety compliance within the UK market.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, and best practice in fire protection.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and listen actively to stakeholder input.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams while exercising bold decision-making.
- Track record of continuous improvement initiatives and a curiosity-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Commitment to high ethical standards, honesty, and putting the customer first in all dealings.
