Contract Manager

Are you a Senior Contract Manager (7+ years of experience managing contracts through a live project delivery / operational lifecycle) and working experience from either of the following industries - telecommunications, rail, defence, utilities, infrastructure or another mission-critical environment?

This is not a procurement or pre-tender related contract management role – it is mandatory that the successful candidate will have managed commercial contracts (customer, supplier & partner) throughout a live project delivery and/or live project operations. We’d also be very interested in seeing candidates that have come from telecom companies with SLA / delivery services such as Vodafone, Ericsson, MBNL, Nokia etc.

First Point Group is recruiting on behalf of a global technology organisation delivering mission-critical communications solutions across major infrastructure networks. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contract Manager to take ownership of the contractual and commercial management of complex customer projects and operational services.

This is a full-time, permanent role Hybrid-working out of office in central London (easily accessible via mainline train stations / underground).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
