Senior Contract Manager – Building Services / Gas / HVAC
East Hertfordshire
£65,000–£75,000 + Company Vehicle
Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
A great opportunity for an experienced Senior Contract Manager to join a specialist facilities management and building services company.
You’ll take responsibility for a portfolio of technical contracts, managing customer relationships, contract performance, KPIs, and service delivery. You’ll also lead engineers, contractors, and technical teams, acting as a senior point of contact for customers and supporting the resolution of technical and operational issues.

Ideal Candidate
- Strong contract management experience within FM, M&E, HVAC, engineering, or building services
- Good technical knowledge of commercial plant and building services
- Experience with plant rooms would be highly beneficial
- A background in commercial gas, heating, mechanical, electrical, or HVAC
- Experience managing engineers, contractors, or technical teams
- Strong customer relationship and communication skills
- Good understanding of H&S, compliance, and service standards
- The confidence and credibility to operate at senior level
- Full UK driving licence

Commercial Gas/ACS qualifications such as COCN1, CIGA1, ICPN1, or TPCP1/TPCP1A would be advantageous, but strong contract management experience is the key requirement.
The role is predominantly office-based in East Hertfordshire, with customer/site visits typically once or twice a week.
