We are looking to engage experienced Senior Paralegals for 3-6 months, with an expected start date in early October.
The role offers a hybrid working arrangement with a split between office and remote working.
The Role:
- Contract Review & Corporate Due Diligence: Reviewing, analysing and extracting key information from commercial contracts and transaction documents as part of due diligence exercises.
- Capital Markets (Debt & Equity): Assisting legal teams on debt and equity capital markets matters, supporting document review and transaction processes.
- NDA: Preparing, reviewing and maintaining non-disclosure agreements and related documentation.
- Legal Technology Utilisation: Leveraging legal technology platforms and AI tools to support efficient client service delivery and legal operations.
- Process Improvement: Supporting the development and enhancement of internal AI-driven workflows and legal delivery processes.

You will have:
- Minimum 3 years of paralegal experience gained within a leading law firm or comparable legal environment.
- Experience in contract review and corporate due diligence work.
- Experience in debt and/or equity capital markets matters.
- Experience reviewing and managing NDA documentation.
- Experience using legal technology platforms within legal service delivery.
- Experience applying AI tools within a legal setting, or a strong interest coupled with relevant legal experience.

Key Details:
- Location: Manchester preferred, with London-based candidates also considered.
- Working Pattern: Hybrid, 50% office-based and 50% remote.
- Duration: 3-6 months.
- Start Date: Early October.
