About the Role

An established freelance and contract desk, a 4.5 day working week and the freedom to build your market in the way that works for you.

Craft is looking for an experienced contract recruiter to join its London team, recruiting across Creative, Design, Brand, Digital and Marketing for leading agencies and in-house teams.

This is an established desk, but there is plenty of opportunity to make it your own.

You will take ownership of the desk end to end, developing existing relationships, growing your talent network and winning new clients and accounts across a market Craft already knows exceptionally well.

You will be joining a highly experienced recruitment team, averaging 10.5 years in the industry. This is a grown-up recruitment environment where people are trusted to do their jobs, supported properly and given the tools and freedom to perform.

Craft invests heavily in systems, technology, development and support functions, allowing recruiters to spend more of their time recruiting, building relationships and growing their market.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
