The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced, Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our London office.
This role is ideal for an ambitious recruiter with a strong background in contract or temporary recruitment, business development and client management.
Experience recruiting within engineering, data centres or related technical sectors would be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities across your specialist market.
- Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Generate contract recruitment opportunities.
- Source and manage high calibre candidates.
- Negotiate commercial terms and recruitment solutions.
- Achieve individual revenue targets.
- Mentor junior consultants where appropriate.
- Represent Pangea within your specialist market.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role.
- Strong business development experience.
- Background in contract or temporary recruitment.
- Experience within engineering, data centres or technical recruitment is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Commercially driven with a consultative approach.
