This is a senior-level specialist role in our contract team, where you will connect in-demand tech talent with leading businesses and build your own market.
What you will be doing
- Building relationships with clients and candidates in the US or German tech market
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing high-quality contract professionals
- Writing job adverts and managing your candidate pipeline
- Supporting the full recruitment process from first call through to offer and start date
- Working closely with senior consultants to understand market trends and hiring needs
- Bringing ideas, energy, and enthusiasm to a collaborative, sales-driven team
