Senior Contracts and Commercial Manager
I’m currently recruiting for a Senior Contract Manager (PFI) for a leading FM company that works within the NHS and healthcare sectors.
The role will be working across the PFI Contract management landscape initially with Trusts, but building out services to deliver the “PFI Health Check Tool” to MOD, and Schools, Colleges, and Universities.

The role is permanent, salary up to £60k, benefits package 16% pension, 27 days leave plus bank holidays, ongoing training and support.
Essential Experience And Skills
- PFI Management and/or Contract Management
- Experienced Manager
- Motivated, and Innovative Individual who can contribute to and develop our offering.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Experience in Presenting to Senior Managers, Directors, Executive Directors.
- Customer-focused individual who works collaboratively and in partnership with our clients.
