Senior Contracts Manager – SP&S

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to manage SP&S deals from a commercial and contractual perspective throughout the deal lifecycle. You will provide leadership in negotiations, risk identification, and contract execution while ensuring compliance with contractual commitments.
As a Senior Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as a key commercial and contractual lead across the entire deal lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Developing and negotiating detailed contractual agreements while leading cross-functional negotiation teams
- Supporting bid and proposal teams in scope definition, pricing strategies, and customer communications
- Managing deal risk, governance processes, and ensuring adherence to internal review frameworks
- Overseeing all contractual and commercial aspects during project execution, including variation orders and amendments
- Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and administering contract documentation and processes
- Establishing and managing project variation control frameworks and invoicing processes
- Providing expert advice and guidance to project managers, engineering, sourcing, and leadership teams on contractual matters
- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating commercial risks while driving risk and opportunity review processes
- Leading negotiations related to claims, counterclaims, and dispute resolution in alignment with contract terms

Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business, or a related field
- Have extensive experience in contract management within the energy or any large industrial sector
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of contract terms, negotiation strategies, and commercial frameworks
- Have proven experience in managing complex commercial negotiations and influencing stakeholders
- Possess strong commercial acumen and business understanding
- Have excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Be a collaborative team player with the ability to work in a matrix organization
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Be willing to travel as required
