Contract Manager / Senior Contract Manager
William Gough & Sons Ltd | West Midlands
Full-Time, Permanent | Salary & Package: TBD
William Gough & Sons Ltd is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager / Senior Contracts Manager to join our team, overseeing multiple construction projects across the region.
The role will involve managing projects from pre-construction through to handover, leading site teams, managing programmes and resources, and working closely with clients, subcontractors and our commercial team.
We’re looking for someone with:

- Experience as a Contracts Manager, Senior Contracts Manager or experienced Project Manager
- Strong general construction knowledge
- Experience managing multiple projects and site teams
- Good programming and commercial awareness
- Strong client-facing and leadership skills
- A proactive approach to project delivery
- Full UK driving licence
- Relevant training and qualifications
Experience within refurbishment, healthcare, education, commercial or public-sector projects is required.
Salary and package will be agreed depending on experience.
