About the Client

My client is a Tier 1 contractor that operates in the Energy sector, with an excellent reputation and a track record of delivering major Data Centre projects up to £250m in value, as well as adjacent works such as Hyperscale Substations, major Telecoms frameworks & Battery Energy Storage facilities.

This is a unique business that operates in a buoyant market and makes exceptional profits – they have scaled from £50m in 2018, to a projected £300m turnover this year and a work bank that is increasing 50% year on year.

Their growth has been largely organic and reputation driven, compounded by government investment in AI. They get repeat business from the major DC players, including Google, Microsoft, Anthropic etc.,

With a HQ in North London, the vast majority of my client's projects are in London and the Home Counties, with a significant presence in North England, South Wales, as well as internationally in Germany and the Nordic region.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
