We’re partnering with a highly regarded property law firm with an exceptional reputation for residential conveyancing. Known as a conveyancing powerhouse, the firm has built a strong market position through the quality of its people, client service, and technical expertise.
The firm is now looking to appoint a Senior Conveyancer to join its Ealing team.
This is an opportunity to work on a genuinely varied caseload, including complex and technically challenging matters, high-value transactions, and high-net-worth clients. You’ll have the autonomy and responsibility expected at Senior level, while benefiting from a level of support that allows you to focus on the work that matters.
Crucially, you’ll have dedicated 1:1 assistant support, giving you the resource to manage your caseload effectively without being weighed down by unnecessary administration.

The Role
You’ll manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion and post-completion.
The work will include a mixture of standard and more complex transactions, giving you the opportunity to deal with sophisticated legal and technical issues and develop your expertise further.
You’ll take ownership of your matters, build strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders, and ensure transactions progress efficiently and to a consistently high standard. With dedicated 1:1 assistant support, you’ll be able to concentrate on the technical, client-facing, and commercially important aspects of your role.
You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to the wider team, share your experience, and play an important role in the continued success of the department.
About You
You will have:
- Significant experience handling residential conveyancing matters
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent attention to detail
- Experience managing a caseload independently from instruction through to completion
- Experience dealing with complex, high-value, or high-net-worth transactions would be advantageous
- Excellent client management and communication skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high standards
- A commercially minded and proactive approach
- The confidence to take ownership of your work and use your experience to resolve technical issues
- Ambition to continue developing your career within a leading property practice
