My client, a fast-growing real estate private equity manager specialising in co-living across the UK, is seeking an experienced Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive to join their growing in-house legal team in London.
This is a great opportunity either as a first move in-house working directly with the Head of Legal/ Co-Founders or to join a business that is fast-growing with ever-expanding exposure to the wider business.

The role will involve:
- Managing residential property transactions across freehold and leasehold
- Handling property due diligence and conveyancing from start to finish
- Land Registry searches, SDLT returns and post-completion matters
- Residential landlord & tenant matters
- Supporting SPA transactions and refinancing
- Working closely with Investment, Finance and Operations teams
- Liaising with external legal advisers, agents and stakeholders
- Maintaining property records, deeds and completion files

Looking for:
- Qualified Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive
- Strong residential conveyancing background
- Experience handling freehold and leasehold transactions
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions independently
