NHS Highland is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Cook to lead our kitchen team within Home Farm nursing care home setting.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults by providing nutritious, high-quality meals that support health, wellbeing, and enjoyment.

Role and Responsibilities

As Senior Cook, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the kitchen, ensuring that meals are prepared safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will lead catering staff, plan menus, manage food ordering and stock control, and ensure compliance with food safety legislation and NHS Highland policies.

You will work closely with residents, families, and the wider care team to provide choice, dignity, and person-centred dining experiences.
