Senior Coordinator, Licensing (Europe)
The Senior Coordinator, Licensing (Europe) supports the growth and execution of the NFL's consumer products, licensing, retail, and fan commerce initiatives across the European market. This role will assist in managing partner relationships, supporting e-commerce and retail programs, coordinating marketing and product development activities, and contributing to revenue-generating initiatives across key categories and channels. The position works closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and NFL Clubs to help deliver an integrated consumer products strategy that supports fan engagement and business growth throughout Europe.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management of consumer products and licensing partners across product development, marketing, retail, and business operations.
- Assist in the execution of initiatives that support annual revenue and business growth objectives across Europe.
- Coordinate key activities related to the NFL Europe e-commerce business, including assortment planning, promotional execution, sales tracking, and reporting.
- Partner with Consumer Products and Marketing teams to support the development and execution of annual marketing plans across social media, digital, CRM, influencer, and media channels.
- Support partner marketing programs, retail activations, and fan engagement initiatives across European markets.
- Coordinate product development activities, including quality control reviews, product approvals, rights management processes, and market-specific product opportunities.
- Assist partners in executing retail strategies and identifying opportunities to expand market presence and product distribution.
- Support merchandise and retail operations for NFL games, events, and activations throughout Europe.
- Coordinate consumer products initiatives related to NFL Club Global Markets Programs and support locally relevant fan engagement efforts.
- Work with internal insights and analytics teams to leverage fan and market data that inform product, retail, and partner strategies.
- Prepare regular business reports, forecasts, sales updates, and performance analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support management of licensing agencies and partner portfolios across designated territories.
- Track and monitor regional consumer products marketing funds and assist with budget reporting.
- Provide administrative, operational, and project coordination support across the European Consumer Products business.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2-4+ years of experience in licensing, consumer products, retail, account management, sports marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working within a sports, entertainment, lifestyle, retail, or licensing environment.
- Knowledge of the European retail and consumer products landscape.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
- Self-motivated with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international business environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting licensing, merchandising, e-commerce, or retail businesses.
- Familiarity with sports and entertainment consumer products environments.
- Experience working with external agencies, retailers, or brand licensing partners.
- Passion for sports and understanding of the NFL and its growing international fan base.
Terms / Expected Hours Of Work
- 40 hours per week in office
- Expected to last up to 12 months based on business needs
