Senior Corporate Associate | 5+ PQE | Stockport | Hybrid

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Solicitor to join a growing team in Stockport at either senior associate or partner level. You'll handle high-value matters with genuine autonomy, working alongside a collaborative and supportive team.

You'll lead on M&A transactions (both buy- and sell-side), private equity and investment deals, shareholder agreements, group restructures and corporate governance work. While building long-term client relationships, you'll also take ownership of fee income generation, keeping effective control of time recording, WIP, billing, and cash collection, and play an active role in business development, including networking and attending business development events.
