We’re a growing, global team where people are trusted to make an impact, take ownership and grow. Our values are at the heart of how we work: Do the right thing, We’ve got your back and Raise the bar. We care about doing work that matters, challenging ourselves to do it better and creating an environment where people can do their best work.
Confirm is a B Corp certified business and a Platinum Investors in People organisation. We’re also proud of the recognition our work has received across the industry, including multiple Gold wins at the Learning Technologies Awards.
If you’re looking for your next challenge, want the space to make your mark and like the idea of building something ambitious with good people around you, you’ve come to the right place.
About the role
We’re looking for an exceptional writer and storyteller to help turn big ideas into content that gets Confirm noticed. Confirm is at an exciting point in its story. We’ve just launched a new brand, we’re building a new category around Workforce Enablement, and we have ambitious plans to become a much more visible, distinctive, and influential voice in the market. Now we need someone who can help us tell that story.
This is a senior, highly creative, hands-on role spanning some of our biggest brand and content priorities – from flagship research and thought leadership to customer stories, executive content, search and AI-optimised content, campaigns, events, social, PR, podcasts, video, and more. You’ll work closely with our Corporate Marketing team, subject-matter experts, customers, and senior leaders to find the stories worth telling and turn complex ideas, expertise, research, and real customer experiences into content people want to read, share, and act on.
Your work will help build Confirm’s authority around Workforce Enablement and the wider world of work, strengthen our visibility across search and AI, give our senior leaders stronger voices, and turn customer success into credible stories that show the impact we’re making. We’re not looking for someone to simply take briefs and fill a content calendar. We want someone curious, creative, and commercially minded who sees possibilities everywhere – someone who can look at a piece of research, a customer conversation, a search opportunity, or an emerging market trend and immediately start thinking about the stories we could tell. And because we’re an ambitious, fast-moving business, you won’t just come up with the ideas – you’ll get to make them happen.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
