Senior Corporate Counsel | London | 4 to 7 PQE
An opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer to join the European legal team of a major international trading and investment business.
The role offers genuine breadth across corporate and commercial work, investments, strategic projects, governance, regulatory matters and compliance. You will advise management and business teams across the UK and Europe, working closely with colleagues internationally.

Responsibilities
- Advise management and business teams across the UK and Europe.
- Work closely with colleagues internationally.
- Manage competing priorities and develop as a broad-based commercial lawyer.
Requirements
- Strong private practice training.
- Corporate, M&A, or transactional background.
- Experience of cross-border matters.
- In-house experience is welcome but not essential.
- Enjoys variety and has a focus on improving legal processes.
- Practical use of technology and AI.

Location
London based, with an international remit.
