Corporate Paralegal (EMEA) | 6-Month Contract | Full-Time

πŸ“ Ireland or UK preferred; open to other EMEA locations (if GMT time zone-friendly)

πŸ“„ 6-month contract, full-time (40 hrs/week)

⏱️ Immediate start

Candidates must have at least 5 years of prior paralegal experience before applying to this role

Our client, a global enterprise software company, is looking for a mid-to-senior Corporate Paralegal to join its legal team for a 6-month project focused on legal entity data and governance remediation across its EMEA legal entity population. The role reports to a corporate attorney based in the US and works closely with legal and finance colleagues based in Ireland, so strong overlap with Irish/EMEA morning hours is important.

What you'll be doing

  • Reviewing electronic corporate records across the company's legal entity population, identifying gaps, and researching available data to close them
  • Creating and updating entity data across corporate systems of record (including CSC Navigator, SharePoint, and Smartsheets)
  • Working with internal and external advisors, under attorney direction and supervision, to arrange replacement documents or confirmatory resolutions as needed to bring entities to baseline
  • Capturing key deadlines and dates from corporate records to validate and update compliance calendars
  • Providing day-to-day support to the wider legal team, resolving inquiries β€” most often from Finance colleagues in Ireland β€” covering entity data, document and signature coordination, and liaising with local European compliance vendors on filing status

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
