Join a dynamic legal team supporting global corporate governance and subsidiary management across EMEA and other international jurisdictions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage international subsidiaries and corporate records.
- Handle corporate filings, KYC requests, and governance documentation.
- Coordinate with external vendors, notaries, and service providers.
- Organize and streamline corporate records, trackers, and filing systems.
- Support corporate compliance and entity management projects.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of Corporate Paralegal experience.
- Strong in-house corporate governance background.
- Expertise with international subsidiaries, corporate filings, and KYC.
