Spear is a national youth employment charity. The award-winning Spear Programme launched over 20 years ago and now operates across 18 Spear Centres, helping 16–24-year-olds facing employment barriers gain the skills and mindset to secure sustainable work and thrive in life.

About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious, proactive, and relationship-driven individual with a strong ability to secure strategic, long-term corporate partnerships that support Spear’s growth and impact.
As part of our dynamic Corporate Partnerships team, you’ll play a crucial role in:
- Developing and stewarding high-value partnerships that generate significant income
- Helping Spear reach more young people facing employment barriers
- Driving business development through meaningful connections with corporate partners
This role is ideal for someone with: ✔ Strong business development and relationship management skills ✔ A hands-on, results-driven approach to fundraising, partnership growth, and income generation ✔ The ability to work strategically and operationally to deliver impact

Key Information
- Salary: From £43,000, depending on experience
- Contract Type: Full-time, One Year Fixed-Term
- Annual Leave: 28 days (including Christmas gift days) plus bank holidays
- Closing Date: Friday 24th July (Rolling interviews; role may close early)

✅ Significant senior-level experience in:
- Corporate fundraising
- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

- Strategic partnerships

- Client management (preferably with CRM tools like Salesforce)
