Senior Corporate Real Estate Lawyers – Two In-House Opportunities
I’m currently working on two senior in-house legal opportunities with established businesses operating across the UK real estate sector.
Both roles would suit experienced lawyers with a strong background in corporate real estate, ideally combining experience across areas such as M+A, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, investment structures, financing, and wider strategic transactions.
The opportunities are different in their emphasis, but both offer the chance to work closely with senior leadership and have a significant influence on the business.
The roles
Opportunity One
One opportunity sits within a specialist real estate investment business, working across a sophisticated portfolio of investments and transactions. The role will have significant exposure to acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, financing arrangements, and asset-level matters, while acting as a senior legal adviser to the wider business.

Opportunity Two
The second is within a property-backed operating business with a substantial UK portfolio. Alongside corporate and real estate transactions, the successful lawyer will advise on a broader range of commercial, financing, development, and operational matters and play a key role within the senior leadership team.
We’re particularly interested in lawyers with:
- Strong corporate /corporate real estate investment experience
- Experience of acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and investment structures
- Exposure to real estate finance and/or development transactions
- The ability to manage complex transactions with limited supervision
- Strong commercial judgement and confidence working directly with senior stakeholders
- Experience gained within a leading law firm, in-house real estate business, investment manager, developer, or similar environment

These are senior appointments and could suit lawyers currently operating at Senior Legal Counsel, Head of Legal, Legal Director, or equivalent level, as well as experienced private practice lawyers looking to move in-house.
Both businesses offer broad, commercially focused roles with significant access to decision-makers and the opportunity to become a key adviser to the organisation.
