Senior Corporate Services Administrator (ICSA) – Fixed Term Contract

£40K - £45K

Our client is looking for a Senior Corporate Administrator to join their Corporate Services team on a fixed-term basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and management of a portfolio of companies, limited partnerships and other corporate entities.

Principal Duties

  • Administer a portfolio of corporate structures in accordance with internal policies, procedures and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure corporate transactions are accurately recorded and that statutory registers and corporate records are complete and up to date.
  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas and draft minutes, and follow up with relevant stakeholders on outstanding action points.
  • Attend to routine statutory and regulatory filings and ensure relevant deadlines are met.
  • Assist the wider team with requests and liaise with tax advisers, accountants, legal advisers, investment managers, banks and other professional service providers.
  • Independently respond to client and stakeholder queries and proactively engage with the business to resolve issues and progress matters.
  • Request and review new and updated client due diligence information to ensure compliance with applicable AML/CTF, sanctions and other regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain awareness of operational, compliance and anti-money laundering risks, taking appropriate action to mitigate exposure and escalating issues to management where required.
  • Support the wider Corporate Services team with ad hoc projects and administrative matters as required.

  • At least 3-5 years' experience in a client-facing corporate services or corporate administration role.
  • A strong academic background.
  • Good knowledge of corporate governance principles and procedures.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant corporate administration, governance and regulatory systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a wider team.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn and develop.
  • Strong client-service skills and the ability to build effective relationships with professional advisers and other stakeholders.
