Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented company secretary to join our UK-based team as a Senior Corporate Services Associate. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of international clients, leading on the delivery of high-quality corporate secretarial and compliance services across multiple jurisdictions. As the primary day-to-day contact for our clients, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance and building strong, trusted relationships that span the globe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead client contact for assigned clients and coordinate the delivery of company secretarial services in collaboration with in-country experts.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client queries and requests, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
  • Proactively monitor deadlines and ensure ongoing compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and file statutory documents, including annual returns, confirmation statements, and regulatory filings with Companies House.
  • Draft and review board resolutions, minutes, and other corporate documentation.
  • Maintain data and document storage within Diligent Entities software.
  • Support junior members of the team in developing their knowledge and skills base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Apply strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate secretarial or corporate services roles, ideally with international exposure.
  • Strong working knowledge of UK company law, corporate governance principles, and global compliance requirements.
  • Strong document drafting skills.
  • Good understanding of corporate structures and statutory obligations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead client engagements and work independently whilst managing multiple client priorities.
  • Professional, client-focused mindset with discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Adaptable, curious, and eager to learn in a growing, evolving function.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ideally, experience in using Diligent Entities.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent relevant work experience.
