Corporate Tax Senior Manager (Compliance & Reporting)

£100-120,000 + Bonus + Package
London - Hybrid
Asset Manager

We are supporting a large Asset Manager on a Senior Manager hire. The role will focus on compliance and reporting deliverables (all in a review capacity). This role does not require prior FS experience (although this is helpful). Instead, we are looking for strong compliance and reporting exposure in a large group or practice firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee corporate tax compliance activities, ensuring all deadlines and reporting requirements are met.
  • Manage relationships with external advisers and service providers, reviewing deliverables and ensuring a high standard of work.
  • Support tax reporting processes and maintain robust tax governance and control frameworks.
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, and other business teams to provide practical tax guidance and resolve day-to-day tax matters.
  • Support interactions with tax authorities, including coordinating information requests and responses.
  • Monitor changes in UK and international tax legislation and assess the impact on the business.
  • Drive process improvements, standardisation, and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Support major tax and business projects, including organisational changes, international initiatives, and regulatory developments.
  • Assist with the implementation and management of evolving international tax requirements, including Pillar Two and Country-by-Country Reporting.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
