What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the delivery of cost intelligence and benchmarking services across major infrastructure and construction projects.
- Preparing cost plans, estimates, benchmarking reports, and client dashboards.
- Analysing, cleansing, and managing large sets of project and cost data.
- Developing and maintaining cost databases, cost models, and reporting tools.
- Monitoring market trends, inflation indices, and construction cost movements.
- Supporting risk analysis, Monte Carlo simulations, and optimism bias assessments.
- Working closely with project teams and senior stakeholders to provide data-led insights.
- Mentoring junior team members and supporting team growth and development.
- Contributing to bids, tenders, and wider business development initiatives.

What We’re Looking For
- Background in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Engineering, or Construction.
- Ideally degree qualified and working toward or already chartered (MRICS/CeSA or equivalent).
- Strong analytical and data handling skills with advanced Excel/MS365 capability.
- Experience working with estimating systems, databases, and benchmarking tools.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience leading projects and/or teams would be beneficial.
