Senior Cost Manager
An ambitious, multi-disciplinary property consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Cost Manager to join its growing Leeds team.
An exciting opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of projects, providing strategic commercial and cost management advice to key clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cost management from inception to completion
- Prepare cost plans, estimates, budgets and financial reports
- Manage procurement and tendering processes
- Provide commercial and value-management advice
- Monitor project costs and financial performance
- Manage post-contract cost control and final accounts
- Develop strong client relationships
- Support and mentor junior team members

About You
A Senior Cost Manager with consultancy experience and commercially minded, or Cost Manager looking to take the next step in their career.

Ideally, you will have:
- Strong pre and post-contract experience
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Experience across a range of construction projects
- MRICS, or working towards
