Are you an experienced procurement, commercial, or cost management professional with a passion for driving value through data, benchmarking, and commercial insight?

A leading international company is looking for a Senior Cost & Pricing Manager to play a critical role in shaping procurement strategy, evaluating supplier pricing, and delivering measurable value across a diverse portfolio of contracts. This is a unique opportunity to influence major commercial decisions, work with senior stakeholders, and become the organisation's subject matter expert on cost modelling, benchmarking, and pricing strategy.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Procurement Portfolio, you'll provide expert guidance on cost structures, benchmarking, and pricing evaluation across procurement activities. You'll help ensure commercial decisions are underpinned by robust analytics and deliver genuine value for money throughout the contract lifecycle.

  • Developing and implementing cost strategies
  • Creating cost models and benchmarking frameworks
  • Evaluating supplier pricing and tender submissions
  • Supporting supplier negotiations and cost-saving initiatives
  • Providing pricing assurance across procurement governance processes
  • Driving whole-life cost analysis and scenario modelling
  • Building and maintaining external market intelligence and benchmarking data sources

What We're Looking For

We're keen to speak with professionals who can demonstrate:

  • Significant experience within procurement, commercial management, cost management, quantity surveying, or pricing functions
  • Proven experience developing cost strategies, analytics, and benchmarking models
  • Strong understanding of commercial agreements, contracts, and supplier negotiations
  • Experience working across operational and/or construction-related contracts
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and provide strategic commercial advice
  • Degree-level education and ideally a professional qualification such as CIPS or MRICS

What's on Offer?

  • Base salary up to £80,000
  • Annual bonus opportunity of 10-20%
