About the Role
International services business are looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel to join them on a 6-month fixed-term contract for an immediate start to cover a period of high workflow. There is a strong likelihood of this role being made permanent.
Aside from the occasional requirement to attend in-person stakeholder meetings, the position is on a remote basis. However, you must be based (and have the right to work) in the UK.

- Drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial contracts relating to platforms, IP licences, T&Cs, SLAs, partnerships, and representative contracts
- Significant volume of technology-related agreements
- Working closely with teams across the business including procurement, marketing and sales
- Assisting with a range of acquisitions that the business are currently undertaking (for those candidates with M&A experience)
Requirements
You must be at least 10 years' PQE with excellent academics and having spent at least five years post-qualification at a nationally-recognised law firm. You will possess extensive commercial contracts drafting experience, and any previous work in IP, privacy and M&A will be advantageous. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with constantly evolving priorities.
