Senior Counsel UK, Europe & APAC Employment Law Global Banking Group
As part of the Global Employment Law Group advising on contentious and non-contentious matters covering the UK, Europe and APAC. Working with an existing UK and North American based team of Employment Lawyers and as part of a larger UK legal team.
Provides advice and counsel assist in the management of legal and reputational risk involving employment-related issues in the UK, Europe and Asia-Pacific across all of the entities.

- Manage litigation for employment law disputes.
- Provides legal support and advice to functional and business partners with respect to legislative developments of employment standards and other related laws.
- Manages investigations involving allegations of employee misconduct.
Candidate Profile
- Broad range of employment law experience either from private practice or in-house within a bank or financial services firm.
- Ability to understand global issues and operate in a global business.
- Ability to build effective relationships with internal partners, regulators, and external counsel.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills.
- Strong ability to balance competing work demands and manage multiple priorities.
- Understanding of the highly regulated banking industry and decision making in a highly regulated environment operating across legal regimes and geographies.
- Qualified Lawyer.
