About the Role
Global technology business looking for a Senior Counsel for a three-month period with the possibility of extension. Hybrid working arrangement with 2 days per week in the office (which can either be Central London or Hampshire). This position requires a quick turnaround so you must be either immediately available or on short notice (max two weeks).
Responsibilities
- Leading the negotiation of key commercial deals for the business, largely centered around technology/SaaS, MSAs, reseller contracts, and professional services agreements.
- Providing more generalist advice on matters such as data privacy, product launches, corporate governance, and intellectual property.

Requirements
- UK qualified lawyer (or admitted overseas with a significant volume of UK experience) and have at least 10 years' PQE, although applications from all levels will be considered on merit.
- Ability to demonstrate that you are a technology contracts specialist (as opposed to a generalist with some tech experience).
- Previous work experience at a technology/SaaS business and a proven track record of closing complex B2B deals at pace.
